Self pain in the name of hair restoration
I like the package and roller itself is very light to roll. You can use horizontal & vertical for 4 to 5 times. And twice or thrice in a week. While using it I felt lil discomfort and pain. Wherever magical claims people or derma roller making it, it's completely false. I've not seen a sprout of hair or volume on my hair. Totally useless product.

Needles are not sharp
The needles are so week and it's not sharp. I have used derma roller before and I can say that it's totally a waste of money.Please don't buy it. You will regret it.If you are first time user you won't notice the difference but believe me it's just a waste of money

Great product but BAD order processing...
The product seems to be good.But I have ordered for 0.5mm but they have delivered me 0.3mm.Not at all satisfied with their order processing.
