Worked like a charm on my Arcade stick
While trying to swap the stick for my Xbox 8bitdo Arcade stick, one of their extremely soft and cheap screws decided to strip instantly upon trying my screwdriver. This was terrible considering I had just modded the cable and new stick to fit in nicely but couldn't pull the old one out. There's a couple of one star reviews for this product, stating they tried to use these pliers on car screws.... yeah, try using the laptop and electronic use pliers on heavy duty car screws haha. Probably bought the wrong pliers.Anyway, with little effort I was able to pull out the screw labeled by the red box and that screw was very very thin. It did further decrade during the process as these screws are terribad but it all worked out in the end and I was able to replace my balltop and stick as noted in the second picture. Highly recommend for the intended use!

the good stuff
I had a very small screw with a really messed up head I needed to get out of a computer motherboard. The vampliers got it out very easily and only taking about 20 seconds, for a task that I had previously spent at least half an hour on with tools I had lying around.Well worth the price for that alone, and I definitely expect to get more use out of them in the future.

Fantastic Design!
I had driven a screw deep into a stud and stripped the head by over-torquing. It was too small to safely use an easy-out so I went looking for something that would grab the head of a screw, with some bite in it. Voila! Vampire Tools makes a variety of sizes of the Vamplier, which is designed exactly to grab the head of a screw and allow me to easily extract it from the stud I drove it into. That one use paid for itself, because the Vamplier was small enough to reach inside the recess the screw-head resided in, but still strong enough to bite into that head for easy removal.

The best for small screws
I’ve tried so many different tools to get out stripped screws of many different sizes and it always is a huge pain. This is the best tool I’ve used for small stripped screws, it works very well.

Works as Described
It's rare to have an internal laptop screw tweaked so tightly that even careful pressure applied ends up stripping the top anyway. I looked at several options, even some hacks that Youtube had, drilling the screw and using an extractor set was a last resort. I found this tool used by some on a forum and was preferable to drilling such a small screw. Ordered this plier and immediately used it when it arrived. The screw was a flat top and was almost flushed to the circuit board. It took a couple of tried to grab the sides of the screw but I was able to grab and twist it. Five minutes later it was out. This worked for me, give it a try if you are leary about using a drill extractor set.

saved a motherboard
Was changing thermal paste on relatives laptops and found one of the lenovo ideapad screws stripped horribly and was seized on the heatsink mount. Obviously this is an issue especially considering I needed to repaste it and tried everything under the sun except drilling it out which wouldve damaged threading. Someone suggested these elsewhere online and thought id give it a shot and safe to say they gripped the 1mm thin screw and spun it out. The build of the pliers is SUPER TIGHT and perfect which is a must considering any play would cause the pliers to slip. Ive never been this blown away by a pair of pliers and is part of my IT repair tools kit now lol. Just make sure to buy spare screws for whatever you pull out since you dont want to reinstall a stripped screw lol.
