Without going into too much detail. These work really well.. like really well. My stomach has been a little upset and I’m trying to figure out if it’s these or something else I’m taking so as of right now I’m just going to assume it’s something else because these are great.

28 years old and this an amazing product but this is for menopause
This takes about a week to start showing results. I am 28 years old and have been a mother for 2 years and my hormones have completely changed since. I decided to take this to get my younger self back and it has worked tremendously! I have more desire and the moisture is evident.Update after using for a month : this caused menstrual delay . My period was a week late and it caused a bunch of hormonal acne. I stopped using since it’s for women with menopause. I’m looking into something else but this did work well and did what it said it would do .

Water works
Very easy to take remember to drink plenty of water. Haven’t tried it yet If you know what I mean, but I definitely noticed a difference. Water works.

Bad Odor
I am so disappointed. Very unpleasant odor developed. Throwing the rest of it away. Wish there was an option to give zero stars because there is no benefit. And, my money was wasted.

A little on the fence
I’ve noticed a small change. Nothing grand. My mood has been fairly better since I started taking this. However, it has given my lady bits a very unpleasant maple syrup smell. I was happy with how things were going with the URO supplements. This however, the smell, is making it a massive turn off.
