Healthy Baby!
I got this book for my wife during her first pregnancy. this book is everything a woman needs to stay healthy, from diet and exercise to mindset. she really loved the author's tone and how helpful it was during her pregnancy. one of the things she liked most about it was that It details all of the changes the body goes through. She felt like without this she would not be prepared or know how to manage some of the things she experienced. Must-buy!
