Been on a strict diet for a couple of months and struggling on the toilet, so took two at 6pm and nothing happened the next morning but 1.30pm felt slight stomach cramps and at 1.35pm was sat on the toilet thanking god I was close to one. Work great but as an Hgv driver it was sheer luck I wasn't on a motorway because once it comes there is no stopping it....very happy and relieved, also what a ggggreat price.

works great im on a diet which is causing me to get constipated at times and these have been great forrelief i take one at night by swolloing a smalltiny round pillwhen needed and in the morning going to bathroom as normal. There is no taste or after taste when taking these. overall they work well are easy to use and affordable.

But, after a good 10 mins in the toilet, I was back a few hours later. I've seen taken 2 tablets and again pain is bad, take a book with you lol oh and dont trust a fart lolIt works and the pain is only temporary.
