After many years of using our rechargeable Dyson vacuum cleaner, the battery just wouldn’t hold a charge for very long anymore. This battery alternative was a GREAT buy. Even though it’s not a Dyson brand battery, this one fits perfectly into the Dyson and holds a long charge. The only small issue I have is that b/c the shape is a little different, it’s tougher to plug into the wall mount charging stand. It’s a tighter fit, but it DOES work, so no complaints. Just thought it was worth mentioning, but it’s certainly NOT a deal breaker!

Replaced dying battery and found my Dyson handheld running like new again. This battery runs longer on a charge than the original. (Be sure to take time to clean or replace all internal filters while it’s apart.). Only downside I’ve found with this battery is charging connector has to be pushed on after inserting into wall mounted charging station.

I bought my V6 SV04 refurbished in 2017. The battery had degraded slowly over time, and then in the past month, would only run for about 60 seconds before quitting. This new battery works great. It did not look like it was the same part, but some parts of it slide into the body of the unit. I only had to deal with two screws, using a small philips head. The one thing that knocked a star off this review is that it does not easily slide into the charging port. It seems like it is the plug hole that is a bit snug. I don't recall having that problem with the factory battery, but I'm still hoping it eases with time.

It's a little bigger in size cuz original is 2300mAh and this one is 7000mAh but it fits perfect and works! Saved me so much money! Fyi I changed the battery because it wasn't charging. Hope this lasts!! You just have to screw off and on 3 screws, real easy to replace!

Needed a replacement for my dyson v7 and this was perfect. Easy to change out and now my vacuum works with no problem. Fits perfectly and run time is extended

Nothing but good things to say. Fit Perfect, easy install and lasts a heck of a lot longer than the old original battery. I can vacuum for about an hour before it needs charging on the standard speed, I only ace about 2400 square feet of hard woods to work on and it will do the whole house easily.

Bought this to replace the battery for my Dyson V8. This battery worked great and was shipped quickly. I'd recommend for the price and performance.

Excellent replacement battery. You can feel the power while vacuuming. Only downside it gets hot. Not sure if that’s normal.
