Ok. First day, Sunday, took 1 in the morning. Still fell asleep during church and dreamed about Jesus. So that was nice.Second day, Monday, is anyone ever ready for Monday? I knew I wouldn't be so I took 2 and started my day and oh my word! It's almost 11 and I feel like I should be way more tired cuz I usually am just a dead zombie all morning but I've got energy! It's weird and nice.I've also been fighting a cold, so I'm dosing up on vitamin C every day but not more than 1500-2000mg a day and it's only been like 2 days now since I started that too.Maybe it's a combination of bothOr not but I feel like this is helping a lot. It almost feels like a replacement for methylcare, which is way more expensive and honestly I didn't get the same results at all when I was taking it. I was very happy to find this specific formulation because it contains the right vitamins/nutrients I was searching for based on a recent study which I read, suggesting that taking certain vitamins/nutrients may halt glaucoma progression. Also, the specific forms noted in the study of each of the B vitamins are in this product. So far I take one capsule per day and no stomach issues. Two nice unexpected benefits are that I sleep better (I take the vitamins after supper) and my tinnitus has decreased.
