I did get one that didn’t work. However, I must say, they made the return very easy. The new one works perfectly. The mixer is made of sturdy quality materials. It is easy to clean. I like that I can use this for things I don’t need my stand mixer for, it’s so much more convenient. It has a very high blending power and mashes, blends, whips, crush, and mix as advertised. The design is nice and it feels comfortable in my hand. I would recommend. Thanks for the good customer service.

The Electric Immersion Blender Handheld 1200 is working great at this point. So far, I've successfully made beautiful delicious homemade mayonnaise and use it to froth my coffee creamer daily! I won't be purchasing mayonnaise anymore because with the help of the handheld blender I was able to master producing great tasting mayonnaise every time. Looking forward to other projects on which I will be using the blender! Although, I haven't owned the product for a long time (it's a recent purchase) it has not experienced any adverse issues. I will update if needed or whether things change. Yet now, I'm delighted with the purchase!

I haven't used it much yet, but it appears well made and should do the job. I was looking for a hand held blender and was happy to find this model that also included the chopper. That will be very helpful since my small chopper is on it's last legs. I choose this model because the beaker is a bit larger then the others I looked at as I will be using that feature a lot.

My wife and I need better organic food for our health at 70 years old. I’m cutting one lemon in small 1/4” pieces peel and all, and blending it into a liquid slurry as a drink. The plastic containers in this set are showing erosion after only four uses which means we are eating plastic. My real concern is for the longevity of the attachments. If there are any metal bushings to handle the rotating blades, they aren’t holding up very well. The blade shaft is beginning to make some vibration noise because the tolerances are increasing enough for shaft movement. Because of that I switched to the larger attachment and used it one time. The erosion marks in the plastic container was immediate. With the bushing and plastic concerns, I will be returning the set. I would rather pay more for glass and better quality.

We received our new hand blender today. Very quick delivery. The hand mixer has a very solid feel to it. I am pleased with the feel and performance. It just feels like very good quality. The numerous attachments makes the set that much nicer, Thank you.

Love this!!! Highly recommend. We had the original Braun until it died, bought another well known brand it never had the power. This is powerful and has great accessories. Easy to use and clean.

After 1st use it smelled like it was burning up
