Reliable, Convenient, and a Huge Upgrade Over My Previous Thermometer
I’ve been using the INKBIRD INT-12-BW for a few months now across dozens of cooks, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most reliable thermometers I’ve used—especially when compared to the MEATER I previously owned.Initial Setup & Connectivity:I initially encountered some frustrating disconnection issues where the probes would intermittently drop from the base unit. However, after installing a Wi-Fi extender near my smoker, those problems disappeared entirely. Since then, the connection has been rock-solid, even during long, slow smokes.Performance:The multi-probe support is a game-changer. I regularly smoke several cuts of meat at once on my pellet smoker, and being able to monitor everything from the app in real-time is incredibly convenient. I’ve also used it with my charcoal grill and found the transition seamless.App & Functionality:The app is intuitive and stable. I really like being able to set custom alarms for each probe, monitor both ambient and internal temps, and review historical cook data. Compared to the MEATER, which often struggled with Bluetooth range and app sync, the INKBIRD has been much easier to use and far more dependable.Build Quality:The base unit feels solid and the probes are accurate and responsive. Battery life has also been excellent; I’ve only needed to charge it a couple of times despite frequent use.Final Verdict:If you do any sort of smoking or grilling and want consistent results without constantly babysitting your meat, the INKBIRD INT-12-BW is a fantastic choice. Just make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong at your grill/smoker and you’ll have a great experience. Highly recommend this over Bluetooth-only options.

5 Stars – Game Changer for BBQ Lovers!
I absolutely love this Inkbird BBQ thermometer! It makes grilling and smoking so much easier. The WiFi (both 5G and 2.4G) and Bluetooth 5.4 connection is super reliable—I can monitor my cook whether I'm inside the house or out in the yard without worrying about losing signal. The app is super easy to use and comes with a bunch of preset meat options, timers, and alerts, so I don’t have to keep checking the grill constantly. The probes are perfect—long one for thick cuts like brisket and a shorter one for more delicate stuff like fish or steaks. The readings are always accurate and update fast. The big, bright LCD screen is easy to read even in direct sunlight, and the magnetic base is a nice touch too.Battery life is awesome—lasting 25 hours so you never have to worry about it dying. I also love that it stores the data even when disconnected, so I don’t lose anything mid-cook. Cleanup is super easy too since the probes are waterproof and dishwasher-safe.This thing looks and feels premium and would make an awesome gift for anyone who loves grilling. Highly recommend!

Love this product!
This wireless temperature probe set is fantastic! Finally, someone has considered the fact that not all cuts are created equal, and a shorter probe is sometimes best! The setup was easy. Added the probe base to my InkBird app and joined it to my wifi. I stuck them in ice water to confirm calibration, and they were spot on.Put the large probe in a pork butt so it would reach center mass, and then used the shorter probe in a chuck roast. Set the smoker to 225 and let it go. External reading was within a couple of degrees of my smoker temp the entire time, and both cuts came out perfect! These helped me target my stall and time to wrap perfectly, and of course, had me right on the sweet spot for pulling both at perfection.I kept the probe base on a table about 8 feet from the smoker the entire time. I absolutely love the seamless transfer between bluetooth and wireless connections as I was moving in and out of the house. Finally, I'm no longer limited to the single probe that came with my Traeger for monitoring my cooks remotely!I've been a long time user of InkBird products, and this latest probe has proven why I keep coming back. Well done, InkBird!

Easy to use and accurate!
Lets start off with how accurate these are. Checked these against a known accurate thermometer i have been using for a long time. Both of these probes were accurate with in 2 degrees for me. Using the mobile app was a breeze and i was able to set a preset temp and when they hit that temp an alarm went off. These spent about 5.5 hours in the smoker. I really liked how the one probe shows "ambient temp" was nice to get a reading of the temperature around the item being cooked vs at the top of the smoker with the built in probe. Now the reviews stating that you can not have the base station very far away from the probes is accurate. They connect to the base station via Bluetooth. I had to keep the base station with in 5-6ft of the smoker on the other side of the patio door. It did not work with a wall between it. For me and my current setup this was not a problem that will not allow these to work for me. This is the only reason I've given this 4 stars instead of 5.

Eliminates the key source of failure
We bought this after Easter was almost ruined by the wires breaking on a competitor's wired BBQ thermometer, right as we went to go smoke a brisket. When we looked at replacing the probes, we realized that for the same cost as their probes, we could buy this instead - and do away with the wires entirely. This was an amazing upgrade. We're not looking back.We smoked a salmon last night using these, and the WiFi range meant that I could monitor temperatures on the grill while working from my study. I periodically checked the temperatures with my Thermopen, and the probes matched our manual readings every time. The only drawback I see to this thermometer is that the probes have a slightly larger diameter than what we've been used to. I could see this being a problem for thinner filets of fish -- but given the trade off between diameter and battery life, I think they chose perfectly.
