A Must For Classic Car Owners
Needed this to locate a parasitic leak in my classic Chevy. It works well, built quality is great and has a nice bright light plus is very accurate. Just throw this in your tool bag and when youâre needing to locate a constant or intermediate voltage on your old vehicle, this is the item to own.

It's okay. Cord should be much longer and point light much brighter.
It's okay if all you want to do is test fuses or use it to test for current and the ground is near enough (unless you want to lengthen it by clipping a jumper wire to the lead) as the cord is, effectively a little over 2 feet long. Also, it's nice to have a voltage reading and an additional led light indicating current but the light can best be seen by making sure the test light is aimed toward as it's hard to see it otherwise.I decided that for another $10-$15 a more capable unit, the type that connects to the battery with a long (16.5 foot) cord to eliminate needing a ground, etc., has built in lights to light up the work area, can power items and more, much more, was the better bargain after all.
