I have been using memory fom pillows for 15 years, and every one I've used has been decent, they are superior to standard hollow fibres in every way. Or so I thought.The first thing you'll notice about this pillow is that it's very big. In fact it's massive. If anything, it's actually TOO big. It's difficult to get confortable on it, which may be partly due to it's size. It can be squeezed into a pillow case, but even with a substantial amount of the filling removed, it's rock hard if you do that.The filling is the main issue. I've always used solid memory foam pillows, but the day I looked, the only ones on Amazon were hideously expensive, so I decided to go for a shredded memory foam pillow instead. This is not a mistake I will make again. Shredded memory foam bears no resemblance to quality solid memory foam pillows, which is what I would recommend you order if you're looking for a decent night's sleep.Unfortunately I just can't get confortable at all on this pillow - making it unusable - so I've no option but to give it a one-star rating.

Ever since I switched to this wonderful pillow, my neck pain has become a thing of the past. The firmness is just right, providing perfect support without letting my head sink in, and the bamboo cooling cover is excellent, especially during these warm summer nights in London. I love that I can adjust the thickness to my liking for those nights I need a bit more support after a long day of mountain biking or chasing after the kids. It’s also hypoallergenic, which is a real win in a household with two children and lots of dust! The cover is washable, making it incredibly convenient to keep fresh. Sleeping has never been this comfortable!

This turned out to be good value and perfect for my son who suffers with a stiff neck when he wakes up.

So I got this to add it to my current foam pillow . I have never tried shredded foam one before but this experience has been positive so far . Its not like other ones which goes down and back . Its firm and there is only small amount of pressure allowance hence I consider it firm . Its great one if this is the type of pillow you need for your comfort sleeping . It has no smell so unlike other ones which you have to wait for few days for the smell to diminish . Its been in use for couple of weeks, and has not shown and sign of wear. In essence , it sound of great quality and time will tell about its longevity .

Not impressed.Shredded foam filler was uncomfortable despite the fact you adjust the amount.Deffo won’t be using.
