This is our go to place for crickets and insects for our bearded dragon. If ever there's an issue with an order, they may get right immediately whether it's lost or the packaging or anything like that. Crickets are high-quality Lyke at the store where most of them are dead And the containers that they sell prepackaged I will continue purchasing from the shop and I highly recommend it.

I was very impressed they all were alive when I received them. I surprised I didn’t have a single dead one. Usually when I get them from the pet store they die pretty quickly and these did not. I have had a few here and there that have died but no where near what I have had die when I get them other places.

My last 2 deliveries came infested with ants. The first one was mostly dead (I had about 20 out of 1000 still alive) and it was covered in ants so I contacted for a replacement. The replacement also came filled with ants (though at least most of the crickets were alive too). I will not be ordering from Flukers again, and they need to resolve their ant problem (there were ants and scouts in the box as well as regular ants).

I was a bit nervous at first ordering especially when I realized it was coming from Louisiana and I live in Washington thru USPS but they came with very minimal DOA. I will be buying my crickets this way for now on during the warm months. Highly recommend all lively and no smell.

I initially bought 500, but several arrived dead. Despite that, I decided to give it another chance and ordered 1,000. Unfortunately, I had the same issue — several arrived dead, and more died within 1-2 days. I provide cricket food and crystal water, remove any dead ones promptly, and keep their enclosure clean. I even give them a dark area to reduce stress, but they just keep dying. The crickets I get locally last much longer, giving me a few days’ supply for my baby dragon, who has a great appetite. Disappointed with the quality.

Pretty good but alot.of them jumped out upon opening the box. I thought they used to come inside a secondary plastic container?

Won’t buy bugs from anyone else. Great packaging and all bugs arrive healthy and alive. No issues at all.
