Works pretty good.
It seems to work so far. I can seamlessly switch between my work laptop (Windows) and personal laptop (MacOS). The only issue I have found is that the ad says 100w power delivery. Still, if I connect my work computer to the power outlet > Dell computer cord/charger > Dock > computer, I get a warning about low-wattage charging. I don’t get it if I use the Dell cord directly.I’m using a three-monitor system: monitor laptop, monitor

DO NOT BUY
Return window closed on March 6 and the 1st usb port stopped working on March 10. Wasn't a big deal at the time because it went to my mouse and I just moved it to the adjacent port, which stopped working on March 12. Great! Both usb ports do not work and I am back to directly plugging my mouse in to my computer. Complete junk and a waste of $40! DO NOT BUY
