Had problems connecting to remote monitor.

Disconnects frequently even with secure connection to wifi. I cannot adjust any settings on my app so it doesn’t not notify me when there is movement or sound even if I pay for the premium subscription. The camera doesn’t stay in one place if it’s on the wall it’s so heavy the magnets don’t hold it up so unless you have it on a horizontal surface it’s useless. I have reached out to customer service and they told me they cannot help so I wasted $100 on these useless cameras

Purchase this as a gift and from what I'm told it is a terrific product I don't know

Randomly will say the camera is offline, but shows that it's connected to the network. One time I could hear someone talking in a different language, maybe interference, but it was creepy so I unplugged the camera. I had messaged support about the camera being offline and never heard back, it's been months now and still nothing. I mounted the base to the wall, and the magnet isn't strong enough to hold the camera in place so it slowly just falls over. The image and sound are slightly delayed, but decent quality.

I really like these cameras. They’re easy to set up and the app is easy to navigate. I like having a handheld as well! Over all pretty solid

One camera would not get power or turn on. Even with multiple outlets and power cords. Not able to get replacement for them. Have to return and then pay $40 more to reorder

Easy to set up and use. App is easy to use. I use it more than the monitor. Good picture quality at night, and notifications for sound and motion work great. Has stayed connected to WiFi with minimal issue. Would recommend.
