Disappointing
Upgraded from our Google Mini to the Google Assistant. After literally half a day trying to get the thing to work, we're sending it back. We followed every step to the letter, rebooted everything multiple times, started over a dozen times, including deleting and re-installing the app, and nothing worked. We're talking now about switching over to an Alexa device.

Fantastic customer service

Easy enough set up
This is not the newest Google Home from what I can see but it is intuitive and loud and clear only time will tell on this device and I will tell about it
