We loved this product! The lego bus is perfect for her Black history project, Rosa parks! The whole family actually played part in putting the bus together! Definitely recommend! Would like to get something else like this!

A while back I acquired a kit that happened to include a sign for a bus stop and realized my town was missing an important piece of public infrastructure. I am happy to have this set to fill the niche, although I did note some issues that made building it occasionally frustrating.The set is packaged in a good box with printed graphics and plenty of space for the pieces, sticker sheet and manual. The manual is a much larger format than I typically see these days, so it is very easy to read. Some of the steps are ordered a little bit strangely and I must have knocked the rear assembly off of the bus at least a dozen times. The instructions also leave nearly all of the stickers until the end. Many of them are more easily installed earlier, so I flipped back and forth several times while building.Most pieces press together firmly and hold together well, but stiffly. I did have a couple pieces which were unusually difficult to connect as well as a couple that were loose, but overall, they are alright. Colors are consistent and although all of the pieces are LEGO-compatible (including the figures), it seemsto me the colors skew slightly darker than other manufacturers.Figure torsos are printed on both sides, which is great, although their joints suffer the same stiff creakiness as many other pieces in the set. I appreciate the inclusion of a briefcase since, although it seems anachronistic, those seldom appear outside of airport sets. I also enjoy all of the figures' hats and hair, which seem to me may be molds unique to this manufacturer.The sticker sheet is large, and stickers are well-printed on a thin transparent material. The adhesive is fairly strong, which isn't a great combination with the thinness, especially with the larger stickers. Those seemed determined to accidentally contact their pieces as I tried to line them up. The sizes of the stickers all fit their pieces quite well and are cut with appropriate margins, so although some were a struggle, they look good.I really like the size of the bus shelter and I do have to give the whole design credit for taking inspiration from LEGO without directly copying any particular set or sets. This is clearly a distinct design but will easily look right in any city. The gas pump seems slightly oversized and it's curious that it appears to be priced in dollars while dispensing in liters - $6.73/liter works out to a positively horrifying $25.47/gallon. No wonder these folks are taking the bus!Overall, I like this set even though I had a little more frustration building it than usual. The finished models are sturdy enough for kids to play with, but might not be the easiest to disassemble and repurpose for other creations. There is more than enough here that is good to balance out the set's shortcomings.

I would never purchase this item or any other item from this company again. My grandson has been putting Legos together since he was 4YO. Now at 7 YO, he builds sets for 8+; technic sets, and he needs no help.In this set, the instructions were so lacking, and the builds would not stay together...so he became disgusted and for the first time, he stopped building, packed up the pieces he had left and refuses to return to it. I feel badly for him, because he really wanted to build a bus. I would not recommend this set.....definitely not for an average 6 year old builder.

The assembly was a pain! Pieces do not snap together, if you try to press, the whole construction will be ruined

One of my favorite things to do on the weekends is to build a project like this with my son.I love moderately sized projects like this that will keep us busy for an hour or so, but not take up a full day.I was very pleased with this set overall as the packaging looked great, the instructions were super clear and nicely sized, and the blocks themselves snapped together firmly and securely.For my money, I would happily order from this brand again. The roof on the bus pops off easily to swap people in or out. The size is great for integrating it into your existing Lego-style city playsets. Best of all, it even includes extra city accessories like a bus station and gas station.Well done overall! We had a blast building it and playing with it.
