very small diameter of base - causes sitting person to tip over easily
had purchased similar piece from other vendor - it has larger base so person sitting was safe and could move around easily without fear of falling. this product has very small base and is risky to use - not expected from amazon.

wheels keep coming off and the welded joints are not finished and polished properlybuy only if you won't move it a lototherwise better to go with more expensive options that may give you better quality
