At the value end but can cut garden plants like roses with ease and fits my large hands comfortably. Like most it can lock shut and has a spring pushing it open. This functions well.

The media could not be loaded. These are really sharp and do the job well. They feel sturdier and more professional than my old pair. I’ve only got a small back garden and just potter about really, but the quality is great, and they’re perfect for what I need: mainly deadheading roses (in this video I’m deadheading hydrangeas).That said, they’re heavier and a bit bulkier than I’m used to, so I did find them a bit awkward at first, but I’ve got more used to them over time. I’m giving 4 stars, which feels fair. If I’m honest, as a woman with smaller hands, I’d prefer something slightly lighter and less chunky, which is why i deducted one star. But they are probably ideal for someone with a larger hand span.

These are excellent, easy to hold, very comfortable and cut through easily when pruning. A joy to use, love them.
