Amazing, this changed our life! No more scooping 3/4 times a day (minimum) and smell and mess around. Super safe, very pleasant to see, highly recommended! The most important advice, buy the right litter: as specified in the instructions, it has to have small sized granules! Many brands offer this. Nothing too special. In my own experience I’m super happy with “SivoCat Blue Signal Colour Changing Clay Fine Granule Ultra Clumping Cat Litter” that I buy from per at home. Don’t buy the crystals and don’t buy anything in bigger granules than this.

Ok, this is a luxury pet item but it is brilliant. We have an indoor cat and with the best will in the world, you just can’t get rid of the smell with traditional litter boxes. The Litter Robot 4 is pretty much odourless and our 14 year old rescue girl took to it the same day we set it up. A couple of weeks in, she sits and watches it rotate and I’m happy to report that it does all the things it promises, including keeping her safe if she gets too curious during a clean cycle. The app is easy to set up and use and it’s great for monitoring your cat’s routine. Nice and quiet too. Very pleased we bought this!

I have a tripod 3.5kg orange and a 5.5kg BSH and both use this litterbox. My tripod is a lord and will not toilet without fresh litter, my BSH is greedy and always at the toilet. This litter robot has saved me so much time and the boys got used to it straight away. Even the orange lord who despises electrical items. I cannot recommend enough if you are in two minds whether to spend so much but it is worth it. It has saved me so much on buying litter too due to the lord insisting on fresh toilet for every royal visit

So happy with my purchase. No bad smell, nothing to assemble already made and delivered, which is great, no hassle, so much money saving in the long run as the litter last much longer. My 4month old kitten went on it straight away and happy to use it. A big entrance made her to use it much easier. No cleaning until the App. telling me to change the bin liner. You are also notified when it's used so you can monitor the activity.I know it's a bit pricy in the first place but I think it's worth it.

I thought they all had a four year guarantee.This company fyi offers no phone line.Electric wire / cord is not cat protectedAften using for a while it is most definitely a game changer.However occasionally yellow light s flash and it doesn’t empty.I then have to manually reset it after manually making it empty, by pressing buttons.Takes its time to empty too but …This helps the litter set a nice “ pie “ to empty.Due to this I leave a litter tray next to it.I have three cats. One prefers to use the regular tray.Sometimes the yellow lights come on and I see two “ pies” of wee… Not good. Manual says clean the sensors.Twice now it has emptied all the good litter straight into the empty box. Not good!Used for 4 months
