This particular formula, with piperine—an alkaloid extracted from black pepper—is said to make the supplement's quercetin 20 times more bioavailable….thus giving you much more of the primary ingredient. If that's true, then this would be a better bang for your buck. I should also add that since the recommended dose is one capsule daily, this 60-count supply makes it less pricy than you might initially think. I found the capsules easy to swallow and essentially tasteless, with no after-effects. My only quibble is that on the "Supplement Facts" ingredients listing, it says 500 mg of quercetin total but 200 mg of quercetin provided by "technology." I don't know what, exactly, this means and would prefer a bit more clarity.

Well, the study I found (easily) about the liposomal format indicates that this formula indeed does increase the levels present in the blood by up to 20x, and that "... it did not have any notable side effects.". I had to get my hands on some.This item came neatly packaged, and the capsules are clean and well presented. The smell inside the container was fresh and appealing. I've taken my daily dose, and noticed no adverse reaction. Yet, I've seldom had an adverse reaction to Quercetin in the first place.I like the size of this bottle, as it seems it will travel well, or be easy to store. I believe this is a trustworthy, cutting-edge nutrition product that is worthy of your consideration. Best wishes.

I was hoping this blend will work for me to get rid of taking a OTC antihistamine. Since this blend is known to be a natural antihistamine I wanted to try it. Frankly, in three days I had to get back to my OTC pills as I my eyes and nose were so runny with a massive migraine. Unfortunately this supplement didn't work for. So disappointed.
