I really like this uni. My dentist was very pleased with the results as well. I have had mine since October 2024, when after charging it would no longer switch modes, then it would not work at all. I was able to connect with the seller and they made some suggestions as to its operation, but it did not work. Upon my response, they quickly replaced the unit. The seller offered a year warranty. I am very pleased with the service, and I am happy to have a new unit.

I love the settings and pressure it gives, for the prices it’s works really good, and I have not seen any leaks as of now and it holds its charge really well so don’t have to charge it too much. The water flow is good and even tho it has a lot of pressure it’s very gentle on your gums but tough on the teeth to get the food out

Love this thing it definitely cleans in between your teeth but if you have sensitive gums be careful it is very powerful. And it does take some getting use to as far as balance between spraying and getting the water out your mouth. Sounds so simple but on your first try I would say make sure no one is around 😩😂

Just what I needed... works great

I love the power and water flossing ability of the Operan. Sadly the power button stopped working after a couple of months. That being said, I emailed the Operan support department and they made it right immediately! They shipped me a new device within a week and were very accommodating and helpful. The Operan has a 1 year warranty. Please note that you should NOT use any essential oils with this device. This may have caused my issue with the device - apparently that gums up the motor (but I'm not sure if that was the issue, because it really seems the power button fails).. This is my second Operan water flosser - I've tried other brands, but none of them have the water flow and velocity that the Operan does! Hopefully this one lasts longer, but I know I'll be a repeat customer.
