Superb after sales service by TOZO
Made this purchase last October 2023, I really like the sound quality and ANC works perfectly well.. recently all of sudden one of my earbud got completely dead, reason not known. I contacted TOZO customer support via email, provided relevant purchase details and they reverted me to have a basic clean-up but it didn't worked, post which I am now getting a free replacement directly from TOZO. I really liked the after sale service and quick turnaround from the company to resolve my issue.Thanks!! :)

Average quality of sound but light weight
The media could not be loaded. Quality of sound is not up to standard.ANC feature is alao average.Auto ANC would have much better.Bass also not clear, touch should be much smoother.Not comfortable to ear

Excellent Customer Service
This is my first experience purchasing a TOZO product, and it's been totally worth it. The sound quality is impressive, and the ANC functions flawlessly. However, one of my earbuds unexpectedly stopped working for no apparent reason. I reached out to TOZO's customer support via email, shared my purchase details, and they suggested a basic cleaning, which unfortunately didn't help. As a result, TOZO is now providing me with a free replacement. Iâm really pleased with their after-sales service and how quickly they responded to resolve my issue.

Beautiful product but dead on arrival battery case
It has mediocre bass and slightly soft lower volume in calls. But otherwise, it is the best ENC mic under 10k (i have bought over 20 bluetooth devices in the last ten years). I am returning it for a fresh piece. The call quality on it is surreal good.Excellent value for money. If not for a dead charging case, i give it 10/10
