Good quality at an even better price for this High Dose!
It feels like I have become calmer and more laid back since taking this OMOGS COQ-10 supplement but it is a High Dose and tends to cause nagging minor-moderate intensity Headaches that are hard to get rid of even after several rounds of Acetaminophen/Aspirin and Caffeine pills. This could be a temporary side effect until your body gets used to the high dose supplement. I will continue to take it and see if I stop getting headaches but if they do persist I will probably stop taking it and find a lower dose of the supplement.

True Energizer
Wow! This stuff really works in the way of giving you energy. I don’t recommend taking this before bedtime. You would want to take these after breakfast time so that the energy it gives you can be worn and burned off by bedtime. I take one of these an hour before going to the gym for a good workout when I’m feeling tired and sluggish and trying to talk myself out of going to the gym lol. It really does help energize you. I started taking these for fertility issues initially but quickly realized that i couldn’t get to sleep at bedtime because i was too busy bouncing off the walls and running around the house! Lol So, it turned out to be a welcomed plus for me. I honestly don’t know what it’s doing for my initial reason for taking these but they do say on the bottle that they are good for more energy, so they definitely do that! I will assume it’s doing well for my fertility issues too. I didn’t notice any unpleasant side effects other than not being able to sleep if taken too close to sleep time. I got no jitters, no weird restless legs syndrome like symptoms when i try to relax. It’s all very natural feeling. I didn’t feel anything other than not wanting to sleep.
