Almost compatible with Era 300! You just need a bigger screw and drill 2 roles. Tbh, idk why they don't just send with 2 bigger screws and add 2 roles to be fully compatible with Era 300. If you're ok on drilling and buying 2 bigger screws, go for it! Also, loved that it comes with extra screws for carpet and hardwood floor. I added the ones for the carpet and it get more stable. Good quality as well!

Already had the 'Sanus' speaker stands and needed a different top plate to hold my new 'Sonos ERA100' speakers. The kits converted my old 2017 Sanus Speaker Stands that were made for my Sonos Play:1 speakers into stands that perfectly accommodated my new Sonos Era 100's! Great product!

This upgrade kit works perfectly and saved me from having to buy brand new stands when I upgraded from the One SL to the ERA 100. If you have the compatible stands this is definitely the way to go. I really appreciate that they added an extra screw to hold the speaker on to the stand as opposed to the notch that was used on the One series speakers.

This kit is an economic to convert your Sanus stands from Play1 or Sonos One to ERA 100. While the instructions are good, reassembly was necessary of the stands mounts as the ERA 100 electrical plug or feed to the speaker would not go through the stand without removing it from the base. Once the base is off, the power cable goes through without issue.
