This is a nice change from capsules in a range of sizes, as thes are round tablets that appear to be coated, so there should be less of a problem to swallow.

I thought I would try taurine to see if it helped me sleep a little better, as someone who has suffered from insomnia for a while. I've seen a few others suggest that taurine can help promote sleep. Reading several articles online, the generally accepted safe dose of taurine seems to be somewhere between 3 grams and 6 grams per day. Therefore there seems to be nothing to lose by trying 600mg, or 0.6g, daily, 20% of the lower range of the supposed safe daily dosage.It's very difficult to quantify the effect of dietary supplements like this. The average consumer also has no way of testing tablets like this to verify that they are what they say they are. Did it help me sleep a little better? Perhaps slightly. Has it made any other difference to me, positive or negative? I'm not sure, certainly nothing that I have noticed. I probably wouldn't buy this again but am happy to have tried it.The listing description and photographs are a perfect description of what you receive. The label and gold lid are quite stylish if that sort of thing matters to you (it doesn't to me).The best before date was two and a half years away from the date of delivery.

They come in a glass bottle, not plastic which is double sealed.They are a fairly low dose when the recommend 1 tablet a day is taken and this provides 60 days supply.It's early days yet but I can't really say I've noticed much difference physically or mentally but I've not had any negative effects either.Price wise they have been launched at a pretty high price compared to others available on Amazon.

I looks like a high quality supplement. It has a great design and a glass jar. Usually supplements with these aspects live up to their promises and I think this one can be trusted too. The price is fair for a Taurine supplement and I couldn't see anything, that would make it suspicious.
