This has helped me so much. We had black mold in our house and didn’t know it for a year and I started having symptoms that mirrored interstitial cystitis. The coconut charcoal capsules are average pill size. The pill is not harsh tasting nor does it mess with my stomach when consumed. However it does clear you out and it's just what I was looking for. I just felt I have mold build up and that was the reason of trying. I will purchase more.

I've been using charcoal capsules for migraine/digestive nausea for many years. Country Life has always been a good brand for me. Then I tried The Myers Way Protocol for candida and bought the coconut charcoal. The first time I used the coconut charcoal for nausea I got a raging headache. I'm not sure why the product affected me that way, but I never used it again. Back to activated charcoal from Country Life for me.

I take this after drinking to prevent a hangover - the next day I feel great after taking just one of these. It really works! I recommend. I take this also to help with my auto-immune inflammatory gut issues.
