The media could not be loaded. This product came from Amazon damaged, but RedCat has great customer support and with a few emails within a few minutes they are taking care of the problem and sending me replacement parts!!

Damaged body ... doesn't shift ...
The media could not be loaded. Came early but damaged...the body has a crease in it and the shifting stoped working after the first 5 minutes out of the box ...smh talk about buyers remorse...it was damaged BEFORE shipping...the box had a giant hole in the side ...but the box it was put in had nothing wrong with it ,that tells me that they packed a damaged box period

Ran it a 2 or 3 short times, & motor started smoking & leads pulled off motor disconnecting. Very disappointed
