Camera works well for the price. The picture is very good, the wifi range is exceptional. Very long range.The one disappointment is I thought this camera would record 24/7 with the SD card like all my other Netvue cameras, unfortunately it only records a few seconds when motion is detected. This was not clear by the description. So it is possible to miss lots of things if motion is not detected.

Complete garbage!! No customer support and app keeps crashing, buyer beware. I bought a 19 dollar camera that works better.

I wanted this to capture wild life in my yard without paying for a subscription to get motion activated video clips. It works great and has color at night but that uses a white light which was making the bunny stay away. So maybe others who want to deter the bunnies would benefit as well. I mounted it to a tree and so far very pleased with it

I had an old Netvue camera I used indoors forever which worked well for what I needed it for. Decided to pick this one up to put outside my back door.So far I'm having two issues that I can't for the life of me seem to resolve.This camera despite being about 5 years newer than my previous Netvue camera doesn't seem to have the ability to pan so whatever the point of view is is what it is. You can't look left and right like I used to be able to.Secondly, the sound doesn't work at all. If you click on the sound icon to turn it on or the mic button to speak it crashes and logs you completely out of the app back to the sign in screen. I've tried restarting it, rebooting my Android phone and reinstalling the app. Crashes the app every time so while it says it has audio it doesn't work. In looking at review on the Google Play store for the Netvue app others are having the same problems with no resolution.

The media could not be loaded. I have multiple cameras from you and they have never failed me but I am loyal to the brand but suddenly when I charged it it made a short circuit heating up the USB TO CHARGE WHICH SCARE ME I tried with my 30,000amp external battery and the same thing made it so hot So I damaged it, I just want NETVUE to recognize this damage, at least for my damaged camera.

Use it for the front. Good value for the money.
