Great Product
In the begining I faced some problems setting and installing it. Tried to send emails to the manufacturer unfortunately no one relied. I received a call from the local distributor. They were extremely supportive and helpful, to the extent they came to my house and guided me on the problems that I am facing. It it working perfectly well. Very good customer support.

Received scratch and not working properly
Received scratch and seem to us is used ,Second having problem with the configuration, and still till now can not be connected with wifi connection, and can not go with other 5 ways setup.

The faceplate is missing!!
The faceplate of the door lock is missing and I don’t know where I can get it from. There is a video showing installation steps but for such an expensive item there should have been a written manual for installation because it is not straight forward.If you’re installing this door lock for a new door then it might be a bit easier but I imagine that usually people already have door locks and are changing their old ones to this new smart lock and therefore there has to be some dimensions for the drilled holes given in the description part so one can test whether this lock would fit before purchasing it.

I get cheated
I surprised that the shipping was so fast, i received within 4days, i was so happy for a moment, time i open the Aramex shipping box i found the product box not wrapper sealed, i opened the box i found the product used and scratched and missing internal cables to connect the both handle together and missing 2 IR cards. I was so upset from this things, i request to return it immediately.

Super easy
I bought Locketch Camera door smart lock for my house main door. The package came with everything needed to install the lock. I used Locketch App with the lock. Connecting it was super easy and simple. Excellent Quality!
