ITEM PURCHASED WRONG
Hello, This item look great and authentic but, The sword isn't safe especially when on any day the top of the sword comes loose without you twisting it counter clock wise. This item is not safe for the buyer or anybody so, after throwing away the boxes how can I return thus item for replacement or refund.?????

Cheap material
I had it leaning against the wall. When i went to grab it, I accidently knocked it over. And then to snapped right off. I used it maybe a total of 4 times. Very upset

Piece of Crap!!
It was cheaply made and totally fell apart just using walking down my hallway

Top Loosening
Maybe try some Lock Tite to prevent the top from loosening.
