So far so good! I have been using this pill along with SP Livaplex and Cholacol and have noticed significant less pain and discomfort after meals. I can comfortably eat red meat and dairy products again. Also the color of my stools has improved as well to a darker color.

Works to clean my liver. Everyone is different so if it doesn't work for you or makes you sick then stop taking it because you probably don't need it.

These pills are a bit chalky and I need a lot of water to swallow.

I’ve being dealing with vertigo for ages, none of the treatments were working.Amidst another crises a friend told me to try choline. I took 1 pill and in 30 min I already was feeling huge improvement.After 1 month taking 2 pills a day I had NO vertigo crise -while before choline I was having it almost daily.I am taking the time to write this review bcse I wish doctors knew about this vertigo cure (none of the doctor I’ve seeing for over 5 years did)Also, maybe this msg will come to somebody plagued by vertigo that will finally find relieve like I did :)

Was recommended to take this to alleviate "brain fog," and it does a wonderful job of doing just that...especially for my 90-year-old hubby. But, beware. If you live in a hot weather area and use pillboxes, these pills melt unless they are kept inside the product bottle (including a desiccant pak) until time to use. Even half a day outside the bottle will cause melting. I found a capsule under a different brand name which does the same job but does not melt.
