These are tasty chewable tablets that help to process your meal. Important bit omitted from the label: Digest Plus contains 329 mg calcium phosphate per tablet.I was taking it before breakfast, unaware of the calcium content and this was blocking the absorption of my thyroid medicine. I only recently noticed it as an ingredient, so asked the manufacturer to disclose this info.If you're concerned about drug interactions, it's better to separate this product by several hours from other medicines (6-12 hours for thyroid hormone!)

Pleasant mint taste and smell, flattish easy to chew pills, which help digestion unexpectedly well, if taken during the meal. I bought few sorts of enzymes and use them one after another every day, so I use these ones every 3th or 4th meal. I prefer this way, because it benefits me the best. Quick service, very good product, highly recommending.

This has helped my stomach a fair bit, my bloating and pain isn't as bad when I remember to take these but they aren't a miracle cure (which I wasn't expecting).

These didnt work at all for me, intact ot has caused me more problems, im on Omperazole now. These enzymes created too much acid.

I have a faulty gall bladder and get in some pain eating greasy or hot foods. I read the reviews and thought I’d give them a try..... so far they seem to be working surprisingly. Glad I tried them

I'm suffering what is probably a gall bladder problem but I get stomach pain with heavy foods such as meat. These digestive enzymes definately help and I don't get any after-affects or reactions. They are easy to chew or suck and only have a slight minty flavour, not enough to spoil the taste of any following food. All good for me.
