It hard to tell with these kinds of products, personally I never felt anything more than what I’d get in a cup of coffee.

I am not big on energy drinks; I only have Red Bull with Jägermeister 😊. Pre-workout and during exercise, I consume a specially formulated isotonic energy drink with 90 gr of carbs. My main reason for ordering these capsules was to improve my focus during the workday.I love coffee and have two strong ones every morning upon waking up. I sometimes have another one around lunchtime, either brewed in a cafetière or a Nespresso, to spoil myself and add some energy to my day. Today is the fourth day since starting taking this supplement. I have taken it around lunchtime to allow enough time for the caffeine in my system to fade and to replace my lunch coffee. I also do not intend on taking it before working out, as I always exercise around 6 in the evening; hence, it would be counterproductive as I would not be able to sleep. I appreciate that the supplement contains natural extracts, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Not only do they help with absorption, but they also create a synergistic effect and work holistically. Moreover, the capsules are entirely vegan, which is essential to me.I only take one capsule daily because I take several other supplements and do not want to overindulge. It takes approximately half an hour to start feeling the effects. By feeling, I do not mean that you begin buzzing, but you feel pleasantly energised and focused. I presuppose that two capsules would make me buzz as I already have much energy but too many things to do. I am happy to report that I have concentrated better on work and managed to organise myself more efficiently. Although caffeine stays in your system for around four to six hours, I can train without getting exhausted from my advanced HIIT regimen.The other day, I even made myself a Nespresso around 2 P.M, and I did not get the shaky feeling, nor did my heart race. Although, I must mention that I use a lot of frothy milk 😊.Overall, for me, these capsules have delivered a pleasant state of concentration, and I have become more productive and organised. If that is your purpose, I am happy to recommend them!

The recommended serving is 1 or 2 capsules taken pre-workout. The capsules are medium sized, so quite easy to swallow with water or other appropriate beverage. I tend to prefer to have my workouts in the late evening or night time after work, so my personal preference is to only take 1 capsule pre-workout (with another pure caffiene supplement) around 15-30 mins pre-workout as part of my warm-up regime.The listed ingredients in the Nutripact Power Pact capsules all have potential benefits for aiding energy, focus & performance as a pre-workout supplement.I've used the Nutripact Power Pact capsules for almost 2 weeks & found them easy to take with no digestive issues. Plus, even with the relatively high caffiene & natural stimulant content in the ingredients, I haven't had any issues with irritability or sleep quality. This may be an issue if you don't have a high tolerance of caffiene & other natural stimulants... I can happily drink a strong coffee before going to bed & still fall asleep in under 30 mins! If you have any health issues with high blood pressure or any related heart arrhythmia issues, then it is not recommended to regularly consume caffiene or other stimulants.As a pre-workout supplement, I've found the Nutripact Power Pact capsules to be good in aiding workout performance. I've been able to maintain my workout intensity, my strength & energy levels have been good & have found the Nutripact Power Pact capsules have aided in workout focus even after a long, tiring day at work.Overall, I'm happy to recommend the Nutripact Power Pact capsules as an effective pre-workout supplement.

I took these for a few days and they gave me an upset stomach each time. I have now thrown them out and won’t be taking anymore.

This has provided a bit of a boast. Apart from not having beta alanine the contents are similar to most standard pre workout powders. I haven't had any stomach issues from taking these.

I normally have 2 energy drinks every morning before work, but as I am getting older the sugar intake is started to concern me. I am a big coffee fan as well. I decided to give these a go as my substitute for energy drinks in a morning. It seems like a much better alternative.To my surprise, they delivered the pep I needed. I take two of these in the morning with a meal and a full glass of water. I am buzzing and focused from about 7 am until lunch. I do not feel a crash and the energy level is clean.I am happy to recommend these pills. Easy to swallow and work as intended. I have had no adverse side effects as I have had with other caffeine products, such as headaches or sweats. This is a good product that works well.
