This backdrop stand kit delivers on both build quality and easy to set up. Everything arrived in a compact carry bag which is ideal for transporting to shoots or storing at studio. Setting it up was straightforward and I had it fully assembled in just a few minutes on my own.The aluminium alloy construction is lightweight and strong. It supports a range of backdrops including canvas muslin and heavier paper with ease. The height and width can be adjusted to suit different settings whether you are working in a home studio or on location.The spring clamps are solid and will grip tightly. They hold backdrop materials in place without slipping which is especially useful when working alone. The crossbars connect securely and stay stable without sagging even when extended to the full three metres.Everything about this stand feels professional and reliable. It has held up well during portrait sessions and product shoots and I would happily use it for events on location etc. Just be aware that it does not come with a backdrop cloth but if you already have one this kit is more than capable.

Great value backdrop stand kit. This is really nice for studios. You're able to set this product up very easily and also take it down very easily. It's a very good entry-level backdrop kit, and it's of good quality.I would definitely recommend this

PROS-a good low-end backdrop kit-can assemble all or a selection of horizontal poles, to have variable backdrop widths-not complicated (just faffy) to assemble-packs up relatively small into included bag-clips very useful to hold background cloth taut-inexpensiveCONS-a bit faffy to put together (be sure not to lose any wing nuts or washers)-stands are not standard lighting stands, they have different tops than standard brass spigots (would be nicer if they normal stands, it would make the kit more versatile)-bag is a bit flimsy with small zips that won’t take a lot of stress (so treat it gently), plus it is larger than the set, so it’s a bit floppy (add a bit of challenge to carrying it around)-top bar is in sections, rather than being telescopic (which is more convenient, and more robust)-top bar won’t take a lot of weight, so nothing but a muslin cloth should be usedNOTES-you will, of course, need a cloth backdrop to go with this (as an experienced professional photographer, may I suggest you consider a double-sided black/white cloth? They’re a bit heavier, but more versatile.
