Works Great!!
Love this for not having to buy a whole set of kettle bells. I already own plenty of weights and this works great to turn them into kettle bell form. I was a little skeptical when purchasing if this would work with my weights and they fit perfectly. Amazing product!!

Make sure your weight are the correct thickness to work with it
Product is fine, but my weight was too thick and couldn't latch it around the weight.

Fits both my straight and contoured dumbbells
I got this to do single leg quad extensions with dumbbells. They fit well around both my straight and contoured grip dumbbells, and still had room for one micro gains plate (2.5 lbs) on each side. I don’t use it for kettlebell swings though, since the width of the dumbbell is a little clunky for that movement.

Expand your weights
I have 20 and 30 pound free weights. Always wanted to expand my weights experience and now I can. I don't have room for a bench nor barbells. Been using the kettle grips nearly a month and it has helped me tremendously.

A must buy
The dumbbells function excellently, they have a foam that securely holds the dumbbell grip, preventing it from moving around. It is quite straightforward to use.

Doesn't fit bow flex dumbbells
Feels like a solid item aside from the fact it is entirely plastic but the pin itself it rotates on. However don't let the description or images fool you this does not fit bow flex dumbbells product "552" even without large plate removed. Also want going to try and force it as that shouldn't be necessary considering again its plastic.
