i think you are asking if the primary/secondary has some type of winding phase indication or mark.they do not. you can determine by applying a AC (low!) voltage across one winding and volt meter( or oscope) across second winding. a jumper shorting a pri lead to sec lead will tell you. if voltage add or stay about the same you got your" dot".if voltage drops to zero then you got "dot" to not" dot.
