Very good book for the enthusiast in electronics, good illustrations and how circuits work.

A useful introduction and refresher for someone who did some simple electronics many many years ago.HOWEVER - use with CAUTION -- one of the early exercises applies AC to an electrolytic capacitor- just about ok in this example with very low power - but modifying the example could cause an overheat or explosion.There are also a number of small errors in voltages and in schematics (on one page the intro says 3v then the build uses 9v etc )

Electronics All in one for Dumies is interesting book to read getting to know all the working parts of electronics and how to build any thing in particular and repair.

Book delivered quickly and well packaged. Ideal for my amateur radio revision. Can't ask for anymore.

This book has helped me to understand enough about electronics having bought some experimental starter kits, and I now know enough to make small electronic gizmos the actually make one seem intelligent without having to delve too deeply under the bonnet. If you would like to really understand how this all works all the information is there in an easy to understand format. Like other reviewers, I wish this information could have been available 50 years ago in such an easy to understand book.

Excellent book for those starting out as electronic engineer, great value for money
