I have used this tool so far to designed and carve names on mugs amd cups. It qorks beautifully. Love the add on tools it comes with. I youtu ed how to use all the add ons. This is very affordable and very easy to use. Do try it.

Product Fails after 10 minutes of usage
At the start it looks good, however after 10 minutes of usage it starts to fail, suddenly it stops working and sometimes it switches off and on by its own.
