This supplement has made a huge difference in my joint issues. I use it along with cactus juice, collagen, and high quality vitamins and they all work synergistically to reduce the pain and improve flexibility. I am old, my knees are bad and I was due for knee replacement 3 years ago. Taking UC-II reduces swelling and knee pain. This product makes a big difference. I can survive a day at Disneyland without knee swelling and excessive pain. I actually feel ok the next day too. There have been a few times when I ran out. I could hardly walk. It is clear that this product makes a big difference. I highly recommend UC-II.

This UC-11 does seem to work for the pain and stiffness in my arthritic knees. That said, since I stared taking it I have had diarrhea every day. I just turned 60 and have probably had diarrhea twice in my life. I simply don’t have intestinal issues. It isn’t cheap so will take it until the bottle is gone but will try another brand after. It may be the other ingredients in the capsules, I hope so because it does seem to work as intended. Unfortunately the side effects will keep me from continuing this supplement.

I am leaving feedback on this product because I so greatly value the comments and recommendations other uses have left. I know not every product does what it claims for every individual, so it's always a gamble to see if it works for you. But I have to say that this product exceeded my expectations by far. I have used the same product from another manufacturer so I wasn't expecting the amazing results I got within 48 hours. I had constant pain in my elbow, ankle and lower back and I am happy to report that I am PAIN free at this moment!! So I hope this is helpful feedback. I have never posted a review before. I am not paid by anyone and I am not receiving anything for this review. I don’t know anyone associated with any profit made by this company. I am a real reviewer, the kind that made Amazon reviews great.I have joint pain. In my knees, my elbows, my neck, my lower back. If I take this product, in about 5-6 days, the joint pain is almost completely gone. In the past, I tried everything. Nothing else works for me as well as this product and this brand.
