The first unit as well as the replacement unit, the power to the unit failed to turn on.
The media could not be loaded. The first unit received had only 2 sound channels working. Subsequently there was no power in the amplifier as the on/off switch failed to work. The replaced unit failed to switch on with the on/off button as well as the remote control.
