Q: Can you have more than one user?

Your Bello can be shared with up to 4 users (accounts). Simply ask others to install the Bello app on their mobile phone and create their own account so that they can connect to your Bello device. They can follow the instructions below. Instruction for other users: 1. Install the Bello app and create your user account. 2. Make sure the Bello device is powered on, but not in belly fat scanning mode. Important: If another user’s scan results screen is open in their Bello app, their Bluetooth connection will remain intact and you won’t be able to connect to the Bello device (even if they force close or leave the app). Make sure they tap the “Confirm” button to leave the screen so that you can pair and connect to the device. 3. Connect to the Bello device from your screen and follow the rest of the belly fat scanning steps. Thank you.

Q: Do I need to shave my belly prior to scanning?

Hair and moisture on your skin can affect your bello measurements, so we do recommend that you shave your belly area for the most accurate results. Alternatively, you can avoid hairy areas and scan another area of your belly. Just make sure to scan the same area each time.

Q: I’m looking for a device to track my metabolism, to see how many calories I burn each day. Can this device do that?

Yes, bello can help track how many calories users burn each day. In the included free bello app, there is a feature designed to help calculate and track daily calorie burn and intake. You can log your calorie intake using the FatSecret database in the app, and track calorie burn by syncing the bello app with either Apple Health or Google Fit, which will automatically transfer the activity data from those apps, or from other workout log/tracker apps that you use.
