I found this book during this whole self-discovery phase I currently going through and I’m SO happy I did because man, it’s like the final puzzle piece to allow myself to start living how I want to live. I believe that things happen for a reason, and when I skipped this ad on Instagram, I felt compelled to go back and find out what it’s all about. With this on top of the CRAZY amount of signs from the universe (parallels, consistencies, insane coincidences) I really do feel that this is a pivotal moment in my life and this book has expedited the journey. It’s allowed me to start being myself, especially around the person I’m currently getting to know has I KNOW she is my soulmate. I’m so happy I found this book and I’ve already started to share the word. I will make sure to mention that this book could be meant for you in a different period of your life if you’re not currently seeking for an answer, but it’s damn sure is a good book it have around, reread again and again and I will so I can finally reach the peace meant for me. When I purchased this book, I was surprised to see how small and short it was. I thought how could this short of a book change the way I’m currently feeling. However I trusted it and read through it carefully and full heartedly. I can honestly say Joseph gets the point across quite well. This was a great read and he has a great mind on how to go about living. I’d recommend this to anyone stuck in their head. Also to any type of “why me” person. It allows you to think in a more positive way. Although many of the points are general ways to go about life, it allows you to really dive in and allow that inner voice to take control.

I have walk on my journey for over thirty years and have been helped along the way by many different types of books cd and meetings however this book is truly one that has taught me things about myself i did not realize such as i do well with change however the unknown is difficult for me i am open to many different thoughts however i never realized how much i think about a lot of them i always choose simplicity and now realize that is a good choice for me and no need to apologize for it. I am so. Appreciate for this amazing book i have purchased itt for some of my friends hopefully they will receive some inspiration from it as i have namaste maureen

It would have been better if they had the entire set put together for purchase instead of only having the individual books.

This book was so meaningful to me. I’m not a self-help book reader, I mainly read fiction, but am so glad I took the time to sit down and read this amazingly insightful book!! Wow, it has helped me. My own worst enemy is over thinking. I’m sure that is true for many of us. For me, it was about taking the most basic concepts, that we already know and applying them to my everyday life. Joseph is great at “effortlessly” teaching us to understand the difference between thoughts and thinking! I can’t recommend this book enough!!

I can't say enough how much this book has impacted me. Not only does it explain the cause of our suffering, but it also teaches you how to identify the difference of a thought versus thinking, the actions we can take to eliminate overthinking and the wonderful consequences those actions bring to our lives. I loved it. This book is a must have! Thank you Joseph!

“Pain I inevitable, but suffering is optional.” Says it all. This book is a little over 100 pages of simple, basic truth. It is the perfect companion for any life changing journey you are on because the only thing that can truly sabotage our transformations is ourselves by our thinking. Joseph has a way with words and he has wisely kept it short and to the point. There is lots of scientific information out there to back this up, but if that’s not your thing, then this is a recipe book for a peace of mind you won’t even believe is possible.
