A cute and pretty solid rocking horse. The sound button in the ear works well and makes a clippety clop neigh sound. Assembly is fairly easy, however, if I hadn’t had my husband not sure I could have gotten it together. The screws that bolt into the wood base were not all the correct length so it made things snug getting the bolt into the whole and then a nut on top. Quality control issue. But, we got it together and it is cute and very sturdy.

The first was delivered in a totally broken, taped up box. I decided to return it and replace it with another one. The replacement came so quickly and this horse is absolutely adorable! Not only is their customer service great, but their product is amazing!! So cute!! Thank you...I highly recommend this company!

I gave this rocking horse 3 stars, because it is very nice looking overall and the audio sounds are a real plus. That being said, the quality control is very sub-par. The screws to attach the legs to the base don't align properly and even worse, the handlebars that you attach separately to a bolt are almost impossible to screw on on one side due to the bolt being recessed and barely visible. Screws misaligned is one thing, the handlebar issue is inexcusable. Many reviewers have had the exact same complaints, so this is not a one-off. My grandchildren haven't used the rocking horse yet, so it remains to be seen how it holds up.
