I purchased **both the AGARO Type-C to USB-A cable and the Blaze Type-C to USB 3.0 adapter** from the same Amazon listing, and unfortunately, my experience was mixed.The Type-C to USB-A cable initially developed a loose connection after a few weeks of use. I contacted AGARO’s support team, and although their response was a little slow at first, they did provide a replacement after some follow-up. The new cable is working fine, and I appreciate that they stood by the product.However, the experience with the Blaze Type-C to USB 3.0 adapter has been quite disappointing. It had issues from early on—the Type-C connector felt loose in the port, and eventually it just stopped working altogether. I reached out to AGARO’s customer service the same way I did for the cable, expecting similar support. But this time, I never received a replacement or a clear resolution, despite explaining the issue and requesting help.It's frustrating because both products were bought together, and both had issues—but only one was handled properly. This kind of inconsistency in customer service is a letdown.While the cable (after replacement) is working well and is easy to use and portable, I cannot recommend the Blaze adapter based on my experience. **Poor durability and lack of follow-through on service requests** make it a risky purchase.
