Works as advertised
Apart from occasional Modbus communication issues, the product works as advertised. My version has SHT40 instead of SHT20, as indicated by the PCB silkscreen text and the laser markings. The datasheet can be downloaded from the internet. Input registers 1 and 2 hold temperature and humidity values multiplied by 10. So, a temperature reading of 309 means 30.9 degrees Celsius. Connection parameters are 8-N-1 (8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit) and 9600 Baud.

Unable to scan the data on modscan software
The product is RS485 compliant. However, there is no user manual with the product. We tried to set it up with user manuals available on the internet. However, the RS485 does not connect through modscan software. We are unable to change modbus ID and connect with our data logger. It just doesn't show up on modscan. Please share user manual.
