Good quality exercise charts
The laminated charts come rolled up on delivery, so they have to be unrolled and rolled the other direction for a while to get them to flatten out. The four charts also come printed on both sides, so you actually get two of each chart. This way, you can actually gift a couple of charts to a friend, if you so desire. The diagrams of people doing the exercises are somewhat small, but definitely understandable. Overall, I'd say that you get a lot of bang for your buck with these charts.

These are great aids
Love that the charts are plasticized. They come rolled up together. Unrolling them to flatten them really super easy (even comes with a little instruction sheet on several techniques). Drawings of various positions are clear. Charts are double sided with the various exercises for each (dumb bell on one side, yoga on other side, etc.) We now have instructions we can follow daily.

Sturdy laminated posters! Double-sided, but you get all 4 usable sides, as advertised.
So in this pack, I essentially got a pair of double-sided dumbbell/bodyweight posters and another pair of double-sided yoga/stretching posters. All vertical orientation. The posters are shipped rolled, but include instructions on how to flatten. If you have any issues, seller has excellent customer service. Very pleased!
