Great monitor, highly recommend!
Overall, we are pleased with the performance and features and we are happy with our purchase. We love that this monitor has both a parent monitor for viewing at home and an app for viewing from anywhere on our smart phones. Note: Make sure you get the right app. There are a couple Hubble Connected apps in the app store but only HubbleClub will work with this monitor. Set up was simple. We just followed the instructions and connected to the parent unit within minutes. Connecting with the HubbleClub app was just as easy and now we can view our little one from anywhere. Picture quality has been great (even in night vision mode). You can also pan, tilt and zoom the cameras remotely which is cool.

Instant Regret
We bought this for our nursery a month before our baby came. We did our research, we liked the included and FEATURED idea that you can use it with Alexa as a lot of our household runs on that. We bought an echo show so we specifically could monitor the nursery in almost every room of the house. Well, it “connects” to Alexa if you’re wanting to know the temperature of the room, it does not connect to the camera and it glitches and shuts down often with Alexa. We can use our phones and the monitor, however if I need my phone for work or other things I cannot use the app at the same time to check in on baby. The monitor included sometimes has trouble connecting to the camera immediately, it also does not have that great of video quality. My biggest complaint about the included monitor is that it isn’t loud enough!!! With the volume all the way up, there’s times I imagine I could sleep through my child needing me, luckily I know this so I haven’t allowed myself to sleep under this systems “monitoring” therefore I have a camera/baby monitor in my nursery for no reason. I feel for $169.99, this isn’t it. Many parents we know use other devices with absolute peace of mind that they have all they needed, we were promised one thing and the Alexa feature is a bust, the included monitor is quiet, I think a walkey talkey with an included listening feature would be better at least I could hear when my baby needs me. I read reviews on the Alexa app after purchase which was my fault I should have beforehand because the lack of capabilities using Alexa has been a problem and complaint for YEARS now. Your money is better spent on a different baby monitor in my opinion from our experience.

Great Viewing at night
These cameras are great for viewing our nursery and kids' playroom. Visibility and audio is great. When you use the app on your phone and talk through it, it comes out of the camera weird. But the kids can understand what you are saying.

Has some flaws...
I needed a monitor to watch my baby at night. As far as that functionality goes it's great but there are other issues that had I known about them I probably wouldn't have bought it.The monitor DOES NOT come with ANY MOUNTING. Frustrating but able to be worked around. I purchased the mount for this product and it did not come with the hardware to install it or any kind of instructions whatsoever, so I reached out to support who was less than helpful. They told me "it does not come with any hardware, mount it like the picture on the website" before disconnecting without actually helping. They take 10+ minutes to respond but if you think about taking more than 1-2 minutes they disconnect. The parent unit is nice to have but the battery kind of stinks. Parent unit and app have a temperature discrepancy of about 4-5 degrees. The camera can only be connected to one person's account so your partner will need to log into your account or you'll have to pay for the subscription for access to share it.I thought that you would be able to back the camera feed up for the last 24 hours but you only have the 20-second clips that the monitor makes for 24 hours and when you save them it saves and the current time and not the time it was recorded.Honestly, I'm still battling Hubble support so this review may go down and I may end up returning it for something with actual support and is more transparent.

Decent camera and add ons
So far it’s worked well for us and it’s a decent baby camera/monitor. We had some issues connecting to Wi-Fi initially but figured it out. Overall it has almost everything we need and stays connected which has been a problem with others.Pros:The unit is convenient. App is user friendly. Motion and sound detection on the app and can change the sensitivity. Decent camera and night vision. Easy to position camera. Temp sensor is a nice bonus and pretty accurate. Good sound and can change the volume. Good Wi-Fi connection.Cons:Unit’s battery life isn’t great- died after one night and usually has to be charged daily. Missing auto alerts- eats up battery life to keep unit or phone app on to hear the baby or have to turn on phone notifications for the app. Only one parent can download the app for free otherwise need a premium subscription to add another. Camera itself is large and doesn’t fit easily on the shelf we have and we needed to mount it. Menu on unit is not user friendly.

Great for more mobile kiddos!
This monitor was super easy to work, and I love that I can remotely move the camera from the parent unit. Our two year old is in a toddler bed and it’s nice to be able to track him down in his room without having to go in and possibly interrupt nap time. The video quality is about the same as the monitor we had previously, which does the job but isn’t anything groundbreaking.I did also find the multiple Hubble apps confusing, it would be nice if there was one streamlined app.We will definitely continue with this monitor and probably purchase the second camera when baby #2 arrives later this year
