This is a very good electric cooker and has made cooking rice very easy. This is a must have for every Indian household :-).

Its been 10 days i purchased and its working as expected.One thing i liked is the stainless steel pot to cook and also it automatically switches off when the cooking is done.Tried to make Rice, Dal , Idly , Steam Vegetables and all works as expected.I already have one NutriPot by WonderChef from past 2yrs and its nonstick pot so i wanted to try Kuvings.One drawback of Kuvings is if power goes and comes back it does not start where it ended unlike WonderChef Nutripot !Also cooking time in Kuvings is higher compared to WonderChef NutriPot.

The media could not be loaded. Don't buy this product.I purchased it and it's lock was not working.Even if I closed the lid,it showed as open.So i raised a concern and the repair guy came.There was no use.He said there is some issue and in next 1 week,the repair guy came 3 times and tried repairing.At 3rd time,he said there is panel issue and needs to send to factory or something.It has been only one month so I asked for replacement.They said replacement is not possible.Then after 1-2 weeks,after repair, I got the product back.The issue still existed.In return,few of the accessories of multipot i sent in courier were lost.After coming back from factory,the lock issue still existed.Then i thought of using it like that.But within 2-3 uses,the multipot itself stopped working.No power is coming into it.So again called customer care.The person who came for repair tried repairing it but it was not working still.He said there are panel issues again and got the new panel again after 1 week in courier.Then again the repair guy came and placed new panel but still it's not working.So, he said some component is not working and i will get the component to my home in courier and he left.It has been 5 months i brought this but hardly used it 5 times. Yesterday i called customer care and asked status and they said I will get a call in 1 hour.I waited for one day but I didn't get any call.Today I called again and they said I will get a call in one hour.Will update here the status what happenedEDIT:The customer care person informed that I will get the call from technical team.Didnt get any call till now.Edit 1(23rd March): I got a call from Kuvings main office and they informed me that my issue will be resolved as soon as possible.Edit 2(25th March): I got another call that I need to send my multi pot again to repair center.So, courier pickup was scheduled on 29th March.

Very good Electric pressure cooker especially in 3 litre ones as there are no other products in 3 litre category So if anyone is looking for 3 litre electric pressure cooker I would suggest to go for this one.

excellent, ;this is my second purchase since five year lastr 6 liter still working fine now 3 liter for small vegetable steam. Sturdy quality so given five star. i recommend to purchase without comparing other brand.
