A lovely case, mini ITX is king again!
I've always liked the mini ITX factor, however hard the motherboards are to find. So, I decided to move my i5 9400 + Asus Motherboard (h310i) from a bigger Riotoro case over to this beautiful 5L thing. You have to really see it in person to understand how small this is (Perfect size, I'd say, in part thanks to the Flex PSU of course). And sturdy steel, I love that! But it was a breeze to install (no graphics board, though, which may pose some extra effort, and a riser cable, sold separately now). I didn't take off the back piece to mount the motherboard, just screwed in situ (YMMV). True, the USB cable is a bit long, the USB-C is interesting but not using it now. The power button is well positioned. The acrylic optional side panel is cool but I kept the steel one. You'll need to make holes in the plastic protector grill, to install the SSD on the side panel. Usually I guess you'll go nvme but this is an older build. I forgot to affix the handle (you need to do it at first), the strap is crazy. A box with goodies like screws and screwdriver is really a nice extra. My build runs cool with the Intel stock cooler. The price is excellent; the Flex PSU is where the real cost is. It really brought this old but powerful build back to life!

This is a game changer!!
I usually go big or go home, I’m big on spending $5k custom building pc’s for my self this case is amazing!!! I read a lot of the reviews and I feel like people are being to harsh there’s tons of space for cable management I used a non modular psu and had plenty of space to do a clean job, the filters aren’t amazing but as I do custom builds for people I’ve worked in many cases and they are not that bad and you can easily remove them if you like, air flow is good, I have the bottom vent under the case and my cpu temp sits at 34° C however I’m using this pc with Linux Ubuntu with a 10.5 inch monitor so the loads are not heavy, the computer is built for computing but I will be testing out steam capabilities. Overall I have no complaints about the case I think if you take your time instead of rushing through you can make a thorough build that will last a long time.

Steel, compact, challenging build, looks great.
- I doubt anyone will get this case without knowing what they’re getting themselves into.- Steel material (new version).- The screws are not the best, definitely cheap. After I finished the build it’s dense for sure but it looks great.- The orange handle makes this build a great portable rig.- Small and compact.- I’m glad it came with riser cable(pcie x16, 3.0).- 2022 updated to the rtx msi 3060 low profile you.- 2024 - the Gigabyte RTX 4060 Low profile fits in the K39 itx case.

Compact case NEEDS LOW PROFILE CPU COOLER AND MINI PSU
Easy to assemble pc, used with ID-cooling IS-40X and fit perfectly. Enough space for cables. Was worried about thermals and airflow so replaced the panel with a DIY screen and works great.

Great price for itx
Definitely best case for mini itx builds for the price. Usually they are over double the price and this thing is so tiny. Got a ryzen 5 7600 paired with rtx 4060 zotac edition. Runs cool and takes up zero space

A fair choice for a small PC build, but does have some drawbacks
I chose this case for its size and clean design. I like the ample air flow vents all around. I like the white color and the options to use or not use the 2 odd looking handles. I like the option to stick on the feet in a location that suits your build. However this case does have some problems. First, this case has no power LED and no reset switch. You won't know if the PC is powered on unless you can somehow see the motherboard lights glowing through a case vent. Second, the screw holes for the main panel do not line up 100% because the case sides are not held together well. The hole alignment issue can be fixed by manually pushing the metal panels into alignment, but this is frustrating to have to do. The should hold itself in a fixed position so the screw holes stay aligned.Thirdly, the included cable that feeds the front panel USB ports and power switch is too long and too thick. It's hard to work with. I realize that it is difficult to make a cable length that works for everyone and all builds, but I would like to see a thinner and shorter cable here.Another problem is that the case promotional videos and photos do not really show what a build looks like, with the usual PC components installed inside. For example we can't see how much clearance there is under the power supply or between other parts. So I took a leap of faith in buying this case. Ultimately the build was successful, but it would be really nice to have a power LED and a reset switch. I will probably un-build the PC and drill holes into the front of the case to add an LED and a reset switch.

Excellent for portable gaming pc.
Great case for a mini-itx build. Recommend for those with building experience. Some planning is needed for proper sizing of cooling, psu, and gpu. Overall a lot of fun to build and a great portable gamer.

Some drawbacks but altogether a (literally) solid case
I see this as kind of a budget option compared to e.g. the Velkase line, though it still is surprisingly good quality, in my opinion. My case came with mesh panel inserts, lots of screws, and even a magnetized screwdriver. It also came with an acrylic side panel, though that was of poor quality (I damaged it just removing it from the packaging) so I opted to use both metal side panels instead. Things will of course be a tight fit, but that's just kind of par for the course. The provided instructions are a bit minimal but still sufficient to guide you if you're familiar with building a PC. I used SGPC's PCIe 3.0 extender cable with this, which worked nicely.
