This is a nice product although I was disappointed to see that one of the shadow blocks was broken and had spilled into all the others. I tried to return it but this was a non returnable product which was very disappointing. I have cleaned the palette to reveal the other colours and will use it as it is.

3 ordered, all damaged, no returns allowed. Scam
After my wife ordered a pack that arrived damaged I ordered two more in the hope at least one would not be damaged but both are. Apparently even though they have not been opened and can see damage, have provided photos, they cannot be returned. Complete scam.
